Returns
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and remain in their original shipping container.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying all return shipping costs.
KAE Scented Melts has sole discretion to approve or deny a return request and to determine the amount and form of any refund or credit. No refund, store credit, or particular refund method is guaranteed.
